Payment Options

Within the clinic we offer various payment options including VetPay, ZipPay and Humm.

Vet Pay in financing veterinary care and is specifically designed to help you pay for veterinary expenses without the worry of high upfront costs. You can start your pet’s treatment now and pay for it through repayments over a 6 or 12 month term.

Zip Pay is an interest-free buy-now-pay-later service with a credit limit of up to $1000. Repayments are based on a minimum monthly payment from as little as $10 per week. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. Zip Money is also available and is a line of credit with credit limits between $1,000 and $5,000 for regular accounts and up to $50,000 for specific merchants. Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed interest-free period of 3 months across all products and up to 36 months with some retailers.

Humm is a Buy Now Pay Later service that lets you get what you need right now and pay back the balance in instalments. Like other Buy Now Pay Later services, Humm allows customers to divide the cost of their purchases into smaller more manageable ‘slices’, which can be paid back interest-free. 

GapOnly® is powered by PetSure, Australia’s leading pet insurance administrator. Pet Sure powers the pet insurance propositions of more than 20 brands, including some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, such as Everyday Insurance from Woolworths, RSPCA, Pet Barn, Medibank, Bupa and HCF.
